Mount Adams June 30th 2006
A fun and windy day in the mountains. We Left Cold Springs Campground at 4 am, and we were on top by 9:50. We waited on top for a while to let the snow soften, and then skied to the top of the southwest chutes, where we waited some more. The snow we skied was excellent. We skied the southwest chutes all the way to the bottom. We then bushwhacked across the mountain back to the regular trail. There are many other ski possibilities to explore.
