"Never a bad day in Silver Fork." (Well, that's what I tell people who I take there, and so far it's been true). I've always had good snow in Silver Fork. Silver Fork is officially located in Big Cottonwood Canyon, but is accessed best from Little Cottonwood Canyon via Grizzly Gulch.
