South Teton 12,514 feet May 26h 2007

Great day in the Tetons with a few boulder field battles. Started hiking at about 4:40, and we were back in the parking lot about 10 and a half hours later. Great views, fun climbing and some okay skiing. We saw one dry avalanche come off the cliffs, and then we saw a big wet slide come off the cliffs. We new it was time to get out of there. We ended up booting up through about a foot of new snow, or blown in snow. Much of it was just good old boot and climb, which was nice. We also did some skinning.
